Information For
Business License Payments
You may pay your Business Privilege License online using a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit card. The Business Privilege License is due by January 31st each year, and is $100.00. If you are paying after January 31st, the payment amount due is $125.00. You will need the following information to complete the online transaction:
- Business Name
- Business License Account Number
- Year you wish to pay
You may pay your occupational license fee return online. However, an Employer's Return of License Fee Withheld Form (Form OLF-1) must be filed. The return is due on the last day of the month following the end of the calendar quarter. The form must be filed monthly if the amount withheld is $3,000.00 or more per quarter. The form may be e-mailed, faxed or mailed. You will need the following information to complete the online transaction:
- Business Name
- Business License Account Number
- Year and Quarter or Month you wish to pay (Ex: Year / 1Q or Year / 01)
Payment Facts
- Payments are posted on normal business days. This excludes weekends and City of Ashland holidays.
- Payments made after 5:00 p.m. on normal business days will be posted to the account on the next business day.
